Creative Assembly is celebrating fifteen years of Total War this weekend, offering a free weekend of play for every single one of its historical war games. That’s a whole lot of cavalry charges and ill-advised flanking manoeuvres.
You can even head back to the roots of the franchise with Shogun: Total War and Medieval: Total War, available for the first time in high-def resolution.
Okay, this is basically a Total War free-for-all. Alongside the free weekends, you’ll find big savings on Attila, Shogun 2, Napoleon, Rome 2, Empire and Medieval 2. The discounts are all handily displayed here.
Last thing: Attila’s The Last Roman Campaign Pack expansion DLC is out today, and CA has decided to also release a free faction, the Suebi. Right, all that should keep you occupied for about another twenty years or so. Or at least until Total War: Warhammer comes out later this year.
