Last Days of Old Earth is a 4X strategy game that hit Early Access last month, and the second of four content updates leading up to the final release is already available.
The stealth update includes new heroes, units, and facilities with abilities like assassination and sabotage. These units will be able sneak in and destroy buildings, but detection abilities will allow you to thwart your opponents’ stealthy plans.
Structures can be strengthened by new facilities, like the Sentient Network which improves the Garrison’s detection abilities, or the Ouroboros Recycler which refunds material spent to play cards.
Two further updates will bring air units to the fight, as well as a full, story-driven campaign mode detailing the struggle between the Skywatchers and Automata.
Last Days of Old Earth is currently in Early Access on Steam for $24.99, and seems to be progressing quickly toward a final release.
