Ubisoft already detailed the three paid expansions to The Division back in March, but they have not given any solid release dates for these expansions. Fans of The Division will be happy to know that Amazon may have leaked the release date for The Division’s Underground DLC – June 28th. The release date is now listed as unavailable, but we can confirm it definitely said June 28th.
Please note that the first two of The Division’s expansions has a 30-day exclusivity deal with Microsoft, so PC and PlayStation 4 players will have to wait to get their hands on the expansion. The final expansion, Last Stand, will be arriving sometime in the winter for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
If you are playing The Division on Xbox One you’ll be able to purchase the DLC from June 25th. Ubisoft are allowing players to pre-load the expansion three days before the release date of the DLC, giving players with bad Internet connections enough time to download the content in time for the launch.
Underground will have players hunting enemies in the tunnels and subways that run under Manhattan. It’s up to you to “descend in the underbelly of New York to save what remains”.
