Disney are building a Star Wars themed area at Disneyland and now, thanks to a wonderful collection of mods, you can build your own. Thanks to Steam user MuFuTee, they have created a collection of mods that will add several great and iconic props over from the Star Wars universe.
The mod collection includes giant props like the iconic Millenium falcon, death star and of course, x-wing and tie fighters. There is also the ability to use the Tatooine igloo buildings as shops which will allow players to create their own little Star Wars themed park. We also enjoyed the inclusion of a little Stargate themed skin for the Hellion ride which looks amazing.
Planet coaster has received massive critical success for its gameplay and customization options and has picked up quite the modding community since launch. The Star Wars mods can be downloaded here but we also have quite the extensive list of useful and fun mods available for the game here.
With a strong modding community, the game could last for some time to come and will allow players to constantly add new content to the game without the need for official content additions. We certainly hope modders continue adding sci-fi show themed content to allow us to create a fully realized sci-fi theme park complete with Star Wars, Star Trek and Stargate goodness.
