Ever wanted to tame a beast to help you save the world from devastation? What if you could ride those beasts to unite all people within your nation? Well now you can! Nexon America and WeMade Entertainment are launching the open beta for Riders of Icarus, the only MMO out there that lets you rule from the skies and the ground in battle.
Players can contribute to the way this MMO is built by getting in at this early stage. Already in the closed alpha stage, the developers have already begun implementing several changes requested by the community, including:

• Better and more engaging tutorials;
• New controls tailored for a variety of MMO players;
• Reduced penalties for item enhancement;
• Added achievements system to provide engaging missions and more ways to earn in-game currency;
• Updates to the cash shop to align with their commitment to making Riders of Icarus a truly free-to-play game.
”The Riders of Icarus’ Open Beta is only the beginning of a long and fruitful adventure in bringing the game to a new western audience,” said Hoon Seok, the game’s producer. ”Feedback from our earlier Closed Beta tests has been instrumental in ensuring an immersive experience for all players. We’re looking forward to working closely with the community throughout our Open Beta as well, to expand the world of Riders of Icarus with their valuable input.”

While it’s certainly not a technical showpiece, the bright, colorful environments featuring fantastic monsters had a fairy-tale charm. More mundane environments like the forest and mansion were far less impressive, but the high-level content had lots of creative, attractive elements”.
