Big news today for all you Warhammer 40K fans out there. Bandai Namco has announced a new partnership with Behaviour Interactive as publisher of the latter video game developers MMO-shooter, Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade. Furthermore, Bandai Namco has proudly announced that the game will be launching sometime this Summer.
The announcement was made in a press release earlier today. Bandai Namco expressed great delight at being able to take part in bringing a bold project in the Warhammer 40K universe to the market, as expressed by Alberto Gonzalez Lorca, Bandai Namco Vice President of 3rd Parties and Southern European operation.
“We are delighted to start a new kind of collaboration with Behaviour Interactive,” Lorca stated. ”Thanks to our prevailing distribution network and structure, customers from almost 100 countries will have access to Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade! Last but not least; our team here at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe is excited to work on the legendary Warhammer license.”
Behaviour Interactive has been driving Eternal Crusade pretty heavily going into this year. They announced earlier this month that the game would be coming to Steam’s Early Access program to get the exposure and support of the Steam community in building and optimizing their game. Bandai Namco’s added support can only continue to boost the game and bring it to a wider audience.
Be on the lookout for Eternal Crusade this Summer on PC, PS4, and Xbox One and check out the game in Early Access over on Steam to be part of the process of bringing this game to life.
