After a few months on sale and some serious Xenos-squishing followed by some likely equally satisfying bug squashing, Sterum On Studio is celebrating major update 4 to Space Hulk: Deathwing with a sale.
Following on from fan feedback over the months, classes have been tweaked to allow for more choice when it comes to rushing head-first into battle with extra loadouts meaning plenty of more options in the Xenos culling mission.
Of course, no new loadout is complete without a few new weapons. It isn't just rearrangements of currently available gear going into the new equipment selection with the new Heavy Flamer and Hellfire making toasty work of any nearby Xenos threat. Aside from that, the large-scale update brings the usual host of fixes and a number of gameplay and tech-side improvements, too.

Announcing continued support throughout the rest of the year with a console release still to come, the studio's co-owner Pierrick Le Nestour said "We’d like to thank our dedicated community, whose feedback has been incredibly helpful in our ongoing mission to bring continuous improvements and updates to Space Hulk: Deathwing" General improvements include faster load times, AI improvements, anti-aliasing tweaks and overall performance boosts across the board.
With the console release later this year being penned as the "Enhanced Edition", PC players can expect the very same content present in the extended console version to be made available for free through a regular update. The title is currently 33% off on Steam as a result of the good news.
