Been looking to do some more action-RPG demon stomping? You know it comes in many flavours. But if you're strictly into the isometric/top-down style, Path of Exile wants you - or wants you back.
Setting a release date for their latest expansion, Path of Exile: The Fall of Oriath, Grinding Gear Games have outlined August 4 as the day 6 more campaign acts arrive to the massively popular F2P demon slaying experience.
The sheer amount of campaign chapters being added means Path of Exile is about to double in size long after its original release. But it also introduces a new way to gift your character far greater power - the Pantheon system.
The Last Path Of Exile Update We Covered Was Last Year's 'Breach' Patch
Seeking vengeance from your titular exile, you're travelling back to Oriath in Act 5. Mountaintops, temples and even the streets of the Templar's city are the targets of your revenge. Through the rest of the added acts, you'll tread familiar ground still scarred by your past actions.
Of course, it wouldn't be the expansion of a loot-heavy game without new items, skills and bosses. Grinding Gear Games promises to keep you busy for many months yet.
