Still looking for your next open-world survival experience? Planet Nomads might fill the void felt behind by the last few that haven't quite lived up to the astronomical expectations of the average player.
Launching into Kickstarter in January, it hasn't been long at all before developer Craneballs deemed the title ready for it's soft debut.
During our preview back in January, Michael said "Even in its early alpha state, Planet Nomads holds a certain shine that could be shaped to look amazing." Being a standard-issue survival game for the most part, it's all about reaping the benefits of the land to create a sustainable lifestyle.

The Early Access launch is now pencilled in for April 18 with the title's 'Survival' mode making it just in time. Though the developers have noted that certain aspects are a little bit wobbly right now, it's the name of the game for a game still technically in Alpha. With the update being squeezed into the current Alpha build next week, there's every chance the Early Access build will be a much more stable adventure next month. Expect caves, canyons and something called the Godillo. Imagine that.
Just as previously stated in Michael's preview, you can gain access to the evolving jungles of space through Planet Nomad's upcoming Early Access period by throwing down around $25 through its official website.
