Starting today, Creative Assembly will be hosting a free open weekend of its multiplayer title, Total War: ARENA. Featuring the Romans, Barbarians, and Greeks, the 10-vs-10 strategy game is looking for feedback on its closed beta phase.
Anyone who plays the game prior to December 4 will get automatic permanent access to the closed beta and receive three special Tier 4 Premium units: a Roman spear cavalry, a Barbarian sword infantry, and a Greek spear unit.

Here's Everything The Total War Teams Are Currently Working On
According to Creative Assembly, much of the game's balance and adjustments have been fueled by player feedback, and the team is determined to keep adding new content to provide a "constantly evolving and engaging experience". There are currently 11 unique commanders and nine historical maps, including iconic locations such as Thermopylae (from Zack Snyder's 300 fame) and Hadrian’s Wall (which to this day crosses the middle of the England).
For more details, you can visit Arena's official website. While the game was on Steam a few months back, it has since been removed for reasons unknown.
