With Firewatch behind us, some of its creators are looking forward to their next adventure; and they're hoping others are willing to help out, too.
Patrick Ewing (that's @hoverbird) took to Twitter a few days ago to out plans to build a new game. Going the indie route yet again, he says he's working on something "new and insanely exciting"

But he can't go it alone. Understanding that his own ideas might be the form of a bias when it comes to being so excited by the new project, he knows not everyone will find it so alluring - whatever it may be. Likely still in the very early stages of development, all we have to go off is a single image and some sneaky hashtags.
Need To See A Little Of Patrick's Work In Action? Here's Anthony's Firewatch Review
Narrative, Adventure, Cities, Future, Emotional and Survival fit the bill when it comes to his previous work. Though Firewatch was all about escaping from a hectic life, it certainly ticked the rest of the boxes once we take 'future' out of the equation. Will it be a similar concept? Who knows. For one, it could take on the form of a classic point n' click adventure game rather than a first-person walkabout.
But we'll have to wait for the finer details. So far, we only know of @Hoverbird and Robin Sloan having some involvement. For the rest, it's likely down to the talent they can muster up. They're looking to fill some roles, and they had to out their project to do it.
