Monster Hunter World was a standout surprise at this year's E3. It may not be due to release until at least early 2018, but we've already been gifted a 10 minute look into each of the game's 14 weapon choices.
Essentially being the evolution of the Monster Hunter series, Monster Hunter World builds upon the additional weapons introduced in Monster Hunter 4 while retaining some of the more acrobatic movements seen in its pseudo-successor Monster Hunter Generations.
Earlier this week, Capcom promised to publish 14 following San Diago Comic Con where each weapon would be demonstrated, showing how similar they are to their old game counterparts, and how the spruced up engine allows for them to be used in some dangerous new ways.

Let's Take A Look At Dauntless - Phoenix Labs' Take On Monster Hunter - With Two New Gameplay Videos
Rather than have all 14 videos embedded into a single post - we're reserving that right for a traditional 'everything we know' spot - YouTuber Arekkz has spliced them all together into a single 10-minute clip for your viewing pleasure. The order, for those who want to skip to their 'main' is as follows;
- Sword and Shield - 0:41
- Dual Blades - 1:11
- Great Sword - 1:41
- Long Sword - 2:12
- Hammer - 2:43
- Hunting Horn - 3:12</ii>
- Lance - 3:44
- Gunlance - 4:10
- Switch Axe - 4:42
- Charge Blade - 5:11
- Insect Glaive - 5:43
- Bow - 6:17
- Light bowgun - 6:50
- Heavy Bowgun - 7:24
</ul>
Take a look and pick your main. Personally, I've always had trouble deciding on one. The joy of Monster Hunter is how each weapon feels massively different from the last; meaning you're always trying new things. One notable change is how the Dual Blades seem more like ninja daggers now. Time for backflips?
