Those Who Remain is a psychological horror coming out later this year from Camel 101, the creators of sci-fi horror Syndrome. Going by the video, it very much looks like the first-person Silent Hill game that P.T. was teasing.

You can watch the trailer here, and we're sure you can see what we mean. It's definitely first-person Silent Hills, with elements of Alan Wake and even the likes of Layers of Fear.
The most interesting concept is that not only do enemies come from the dark, but main character Edward Turner will actually be hurt if he stays in the darkness for too long. Those Who Remain is described as a puzzle-adventure, perhaps similar to Amnesia: The Dark Descent. No word yet if this is a horror where you can fight back against the monsters or whether hiding is necessary.
More interestingly, there also will be portals that bring Edward to alternate dimensions, and he can even influence the real world there and use that to solve puzzles.
It all sounds and looks quite interesting, and we're always up for a first-person horror game.
Those Who Remain will be out later in 2018.
