Now take this as a rumour with that handful of salt you keep on you at all times, but it's possible that DICE and EA are planning to bring Bespin and Lando's Cloud City to Star Wars Battlefront 2 sometime soon. The source is a quick tease on YouTube from a user with a history of accurate leaks for the game.
The Star Wars Battlefront II Developer Who Treats Fans Right
The video can be found here. Don't expect much to it as it's very much a tease, but user Early Access has previously leaked short videos of the final Jetpack Cargo mode and that got announced hours after they did that. The Battlefront 2 Subreddit certainly trusts them.
Consider this a rumour then, but not one without possibility. The new Season, <a href="">which is probably going to be The Clone Wars, probably isn't due until March, so a new map taken from Battlefront 1 would certainly tide fans over waiting for new content. As Bespin was a paid DLC expansion to the first Battlefront not as many people have played it, so seeing it migrate to Battlefront 2 would be a nice gesture - and a good PR move to keep interest in the game, something it dearly needs.
On the "confirmed" side of Battlefront 2 news, EA announced last week that they're revamping the odious progression system that cost them sales, fans, and the love of Lucasfilm, and the rumoured Jetpack Cargo mode is coming in February. Can't wait...
