Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales has sadly not received as much attention as CD Projekt RED had hoped it would, but following its release on Steam, perhaps there's time to alleviate that, too.
In the meantime, developers have released the very first major title update for this marvellous - if non-standard - RPG: The Witcher Tales Update 1.01 is here to kick drowners and bask in lilac, and it's nary out of lilac.
Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales Update 1.01 Patch Notes
Update 1.01 focuses on two things and two things only: slightly increasing the difficulty levels of 'Battle-Hardened' and 'Bonebreaker' modes of play, and fixing various types of issues both small and big.
In short: the two special difficulty levels will now scale the enemies' power and armour values in accordance with the map they're found on, and a substantial number of issues reported by players since the game's release has now been fixed. More stuff is on the way, but the entire changelog can be found on the official Thronebreaker blog.
