After being announced almost two years ago, the Silent Hill 2 remake is finally set to arrive on October 8, 2024. At the May 2024 Silent Hill Transmission showcase, Konami also confirmed some of the voice actors and cast who will be playing the game’s iconic characters.
As expected since its initial announcement, the cast is brand new for the remake and includes some actors with established careers.

The Silent Hill 2 Remake voice actors and cast list is as follows:
- Luke Roberts - James Sunderland
- Salóme Gunnarsdóttir - Mary
- Gianna Kiehl - Angela
Luke Roberts has appeared in a few games previously, including Outcast: A New Beginning as Cutter Slade and titles from around a decade ago, like Risen 2. In recent years, he has featured in several TV shows and films, including Thomas Wayne in The Batman, Joe Allen in Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities, and The Tourist on Netflix.
This is undoubtedly his biggest game role yet, and it will be interesting to see what he brings to James’ performance when the game releases later this year.
Salóme Gunnarsdóttir has also voiced several characters in games. She appeared in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Dawn of Ragnarok expansion and the main game itself. She also voices Lyna and Athena in Final Fantasy XIV. Her recent work includes several TV shows, such as The Lazarus Project and Pennyworth.
Finally, playing Angela is Gianna Kiehl, who is making her debut in game voice acting with this role. She has voiced characters in podcast series like Takeover and Young Blood and has worked on The Diplomat and Hanna on Amazon Prime Video.
