Back 4 Blood Twitch Drops are a great way to earn in-game rewards while you’re taking a well-deserved break from your zombie-killing duties. They also offer an extra incentive to watch your favorite streamers cull the Ridden, making it a win-win for everyone (except, maybe the zeds themselves).
The first round of Back 4 Blood Twitch Drops is actually available prior to the game’s full launch, with its first open beta session having now gone live. If you haven’t pre-ordered the game or got lucky enough when registering for a beta code, they can be your ticket in.
To become eligible for Back 4 Blood Twitch Drops, you’ll first need to create a Warner Bros. Games account on this website, unless you already have one. Then, left-click on Manage Account in the upper-right corner of the screen, left-click on Account Settings, scroll down until you see the Twitch logo, and left-click Connect.
Once you’ve linked your Warner Bros. Games and Twitch accounts, head on over to the live streaming website and start watching any streamer that’s playing the game. To be extra sure, look for the Drops Enabled tag in the live stream’s description.
This round of Back 4 Blood Twitch Drops reward you with access to the current open beta session – which runs until August 9 at 12 PM PDT/8 PM BST – after you’ve watched a streamer for 60 minutes. You’ll find them in your drops menu, after which you need only redeem the code on your preferred platform.
Back 4 Blood is set to release on October 12 and headed to PC, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, and PS4.
