With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s impending release approaching, publisher Activision has now detailed the first-person shooter’s pre-loading and launch times.
As is the case with an increasing number of AAA Games, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s will be available both to pre-load and play before its official release. Below, we delve into the exact times when you’ll be able to start downloading and playing the first-person shooter.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Pre-loading and Launch Times
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 PC pre-loading will have two separate stages, one for Campaign Early Access players, the other for its official launch.
The former starts on November 1 at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET/5 PM GMT, with Early Access going live on November 2 at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET/6 PM GMT. To play through the campaign early, you’ll need to pre-order the title.
Otherwise, pre-loading for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s official launch becomes available as of November 8 at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET/5 PM GMT.
As indicated on the map above, these are Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s launch times, when everyone will have access to the full version of the first-person shooter:
- Los Angeles: November 9 at 9 PM PT
- New York: November 10 at 12 AM ET
- London: November 10 at 5 AM GMT
- Berlin: November 10 at 6 AM CEST
- Tokyo: November 10 at 2 PM JST
