CAPE: Bermuda Triangle is confirmed as the next game that Serious Sam developer Croteam is involved with.
A piece of concept art from the upcoming CAPE: Bermuda Triangle was posted earlier today on the Croteam subreddit.
After a few hours in which fans speculated, Community Manager Daniel Lucic confirmed that the studio is involved in the game’s production, at least to some extent.
CAPE: Bermuda Triangle is Serious Sam Developer Croteam's Next Game
“I can confirm it’s a game Croteam has their fingers on. Nothing more. Stay tuned.” he said.
The CAPE: Bermuda Triangle concept art was first spotted on Composer Davor Manjolovic’s website. His work on Croteam’s Serious Sam 4 likely led fans to make the connection.
His website also describes CAPE: Bermuda Triangle as “Survivor-type gaming”. This, alongside the full screenshot above spotted by Reddit user u-b-i-k, suggest that Croteam could be trying its hand at a multiplayer-focused survival game.
Croteam released Serious Sam 4 earlier this year and was later acquired by publisher Devolver Digital.
