Cozy Grove’s Winter Festival 2021 is right around the corner, bringing with it quite a bit of holiday cheer alongside a number of new activities that will only stick around for a limited time, between its start and end dates.
The third limited-time event to kick off since the title launched earlier this year, Cozy Grove’s Winter Festival 2021 introduces new snowfolk characters that players can craft and interact with, hearing some of their heartfelt stories. Snow will also arrive on the island, as will a number of special craftable gifts that you can offer to some of the other inhabitants.
Cozy Grove’s Winter Festival 2021 has locked down its start date to December 23, 2021, a few days after its major Winter update went live. The event’s end date is then slated for six weeks later, which should see it concluding on or around February 3, 2022.

Given how this is the first time it takes place, we don’t have a clear map of all the activities that will be available during the event. The snowfolk bit seems to be rather straightforward and, looking at the Winter Update’s trailer, it appears that piles of snow spawn around the map, yielding snowflakes and snowballs.
The latter can seemingly be used to engage in snowball fights with the imps that can often be seen roaming around the island. You can also offer Flamey Candy Coal and, as you probably expected, there will be a Santa suit that you can obtain.
Cozy Grove’s Winter Festival 2021 is the longest limited-time event so far, which hopefully means we’ll have plenty of time to discover all of its activities, hear all of the new characters’ stories, and collect its new items.
