Like in many video games, console commands and cheats in Cyberpunk 2077 can offer players ways to bypass the game’s limitations set by the developers at CD Projekt Red, thus altering the way they play the game.
Boost around the game’s map by activating god mode for invulnerability, using quick teleportation to navigate the vast map, summoning weapons and vehicles at will, or employing the classic no-clip cheat for exploring beyond the game’s boundaries.
Cyberpunk 2077 Console Commands and Cheats
Initially, Cyberpunk 2077 did not permit access to console commands and cheats at its launch. However, similar to what happened with The Witcher 3, modders soon found a way to unlock the game’s console, enabling cheats.
While we offer guidance on how to equip your character, V, with various items, activate god mode, and use noclip, it’s important to note that the Cyberpunk 2077 end-user license agreement explicitly prohibits the use, creation, and distribution of cheats. Given that Cyberpunk 2077 is a single-player game, it remains to be seen if CD Projekt Red will take action against players using cheats and console commands.
Therefore, it’s advisable to proceed with caution and regularly back up your game files. To date, there have been no reports of issues from using the console commands listed below.
Initially, the CyberConsole mod allowed for the activation of console commands and cheats, but it is no longer supported as of Hotfix 1.05. The Cyber Engine Tweaks mod, however, continues to offer similar functionality and access to the console.
