Solstice of Heroes 2019 has, so far, been a resounding success for Destiny 2 with its new “patrol” area and the cool armor unlocks, but some players seem to get stuck at the meditate at the Statue of Heroes requirement, or other similar spots of bother.
Here, you’ll learn some specifics about this year’s Solstice of Heroes that are bound to come handy sooner or later.
How to Meditate at the Statue of Heroes?
This is easy, yet somewhat confusing all at the same time. If you’ve managed to complete all of the tier-one quests required to unlock your first blue Solstice armor piece, you’ll have noticed that the quest now calls for you to ‘meditate at the Statue of Heroes’.
It’s pretty straight-forward that the ‘Statue of Heroes’ is the big centerpiece of the Tower, right in front of you as you spawn, but it just so happens that there are two ‘meditate’ functions at play here. If you’re anything like us, you’ll have rushed to the quest marker that appears first, and that’s the one to the right, which actually sends you to the European Aerial Zone.
That ain’t what you’re looking for, however. Instead, first be sure to equip all the armor pieces of your Solstice set, and then go right in front of the actual statue, to the left of the EAZ engram, and to the right of Eva. That’s when the ‘meditate’ function should appear, and that’s what you’re looking for.
That’s all we’ve got for now, but be sure to keep tuning in for more insights into this year’s Solstice of Heroes.
