While many of Devil May Cry 5’s encounters are anything but subtle, Secret Missions make a return, requiring a keen eye to spot them. Here’s Secret Mission 01’s location, objective and reward.

Secret Mission 01 is the easiest one to find. During the second story mission, after clearing the blocked path with a Niddhogg parasite for the second time, head towards the hallway straight ahead. Spiky roots will block the path but, luckily, you can take a right which will lead you into a room with a bed and a strange marking near the door to the left.
These markings are, essentially, gates to Devil May Cry 5’s Secret Missions. In order to access them, you need to align the symbol. Look for a glowing spot in the environment, in this case behind the bed. Align the symbol until it glows red, wait for a few seconds and you’ll get a prompt to start the mission.
Secret Mission 01 is as straightforward as Devil May Cry 5 gets, requiring you to kill all demons that spawn in under 1:30 minutes. If you’re succesful, you’ll be rewarded a blue orb fragment.
