Diablo 4 gives you several avenues of improving your character and, as you reach endgame, Aspects of Power begin to play an increasingly important role in your build. If you’re looking to attack enemies faster, you may want to know how to get the Accelerating Aspect and how its effect helps you.
Diablo 4’s Accelerating Aspect counts among the ones that might prove trickier to get. While some can be unlocked by completing a specific dungeon for the first time, others and their effects can only be obtained by relying on the game’s randomized loot system.
Diablo 4 Accelerating Aspect
From what we can tell so far, Diablo 4’s Accelerating Aspect belongs to the latter category. This essentially means that the only way to get it is to have a legendary item drop that has it as its dedicated power. If the item happens to suit your build, then you’re set, at least for a while. If not, you can take said item to the Occultist vendor in any of the game’s major towns and extract the Aspect of Power.
The process destroys the item, but generates a special item that goes into the Aspects tab of your character’s inventory. You can then use it to imprint its effect into a different piece of gear at the same NPC.
As for Diablo 4’s Accelerating Aspect effect, it serves an offensive purpose, making Core Skills that critically strike also increase your attack speed by a percentage for 5 seconds.
Some builds might benefit more from having increased attack speed than others, but this is one you’ll want to keep an eye out for regardless.
That is what we know about how to get Diablo 4’s Accelerating Aspect and how its effect helps you slay enemies more efficiently.
