Blizzard has shared details regarding Diablo 4’s upcoming Berserker IP collaboration, revealing the limited-time cosmetic items and armor that we can obtain while the crossover event is live. Whether by slaying demons or visiting the in-game shop, we can have our characters more closely resemble those in Kentaro Miura’s popular dark fantasy manga series.
Starting on May 6, Diablo 4’s Berserk crossover event gives slain elite enemies a chance to drop Behelits, which the publisher describes as “oviod creatures which grant audience to powerful demons capable of terrible sacrifice.”

They can be traded to the Berserk Reliquary – a limited-time section of Season 8’s reworked battle pass – to claim the Hawks Destiny Back trophy, “which houses the shackles that once held the fallen knight Griffith captive,” the Skull Knight’s Heraldry Mount Armor, the Brand of Sacrifice Marking, and the Foretold Eclipse Headstone. Obtaining all of the above then unlocks the Od of the Berserker Emblem.
Diablo 4’s Berserk IP collaboration event also introduces a series of armor sets and cosmetic items to the in-game store for anyone willing to up their fashion game by spending Platinum.
Barbarians get the Berserker Armor, Necromancers can wear The Skull Knight’s set, while Rogues get the Struggler set. The Chimimoryo Schnoz Pet lets you bring a rather nosy companion into the fray, while the new Warhorse of the Hawk mount and mount armor can also be added to our stable.
The pet and armor sets will only be available for purchase between May 6 and June 3.
In addition, a dedicated Twitch Drops campaign will go live as part of Diablo 4’s Berserk crossover event, giving us the opportunity to earn the Skull Behelit Mount Trophy.
You can get a better look at each item in the IP collaboration’s dedicated blog post.
As Diablo 4’s Berserk IP collaboration event sees the action-RPG receiving cosmetic items from outside of Blizzard’s own universes, Season 8 brings back Belial while reworking how lair bosses work, introducing new powers for our characters to wield, and much more.
