As you traverse the expanses of the Sanctuary in Diablo 4, engage in combat with adversaries, and accumulate a treasure trove of loot for your inventory, you may notice that Gems predominantly occupy your inventory space.
This becomes particularly noticeable as you progress into the game’s later acts. What solution are fans proposing? A Gem Pouch, please.
Fans are urging Blizzard to address this problem by introducing a Gem Pouch. Some gamers on Reddit suggest that it would complement the stash, which is primarily used for storing consumable items such as health and mana potions.
However, it’s important to note that gems fundamentally serve as equipment enhancements, which can be socketed into items to boost stats.
Does Diablo 4 need a Gem Pouch?
Few things are as frustrating as managing a cluttered inventory space, especially when it’s overrun with a plethora of gems. However, purists and hardcore players might prefer maintaining similarities with previous Diablo titles, arguing that grappling with a challenging inventory is an integral part of the gameplay experience.
“Please Blizzard at level 23 and I’m so sick of gems taking up half my inventory slots. It’s literally the only thing I’d change right now, everything else is awesome.” the original poster of the Reddit thread expressed, after which another user concurred: “Agreed. Wouldn’t be so bad if gems didn’t take up so much room in the tiny inventory space we’re given. They have a stash for consumables why can’t there be one for gems…”
What are your thoughts on Gems occupying substantial inventory space? Would it be more convenient to frequently use town portals for salvaging them, or even selling them to enrich your coffers? Maybe there’s a different issue you believe Blizzard should address now that it’s rectified the Unable to find a Valid License issue.
