Yes, The First Descendant will support both crossplay and Cross-Progression between PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5 when it launches on the 2nd of July.

The First Descendant will support crossplay when it launches on 2nd July
Crossplay will be enabled by default, but there will be options available in the settings if you wish to turn it off. Cross-progression can be enjoyed too, if you link up all your accounts, such as Steam, PlayStation Network, or Xbox account.
Use the game’s friend system to add friends from different platforms. This can usually be done through the game’s social menu, normally using a special invite code or by searching their username.
Once your friends are added, you can invite them to your party regardless of the platform they are playing on. Discord can be used, or a similar service, for voice chat communication. We recommend this for most games.
If you come across connection issues while playing with your friends or family, it’s likely due to the maintenance schedule and server status issues.
