Epic Games Store may well be getting ready for a sale event sometime in the near future, as recent leaks would suggest. In fact, Epic will seemingly offer a $10 coupon to eligible players for spending in their Store!
Epic Games Mega Sale was leaked through an accidental in-game Fortnite news update where the developers, Epic, announced their upcoming Epic Games Store Mega Sale, which will be bolstered by said $10 coupon. Find out below how to get it once the sale is out!
What is the Epic Games Store Mega Sale?
As the screenshot above announces: "The Epic Games store Megasale is happening right now! Sign up for 2FA in order to get $10 to spend in the store." Though, the sale isn't up yet, and you cannot get the $10 coupon just yet either. In order to get it, it seems it'll be enough to sing up for two-factor authentication and then you should get the Epic Games Store credit for spending.
To enable two-factor authentication, go into your 'Account Settings' menu in the Epic Games Store and then search for the 'Password & Security' menu. A 2FA option should be available somewhere at the bottom of the interface.
Keep in mind that we've got no clue on what sort of games might be going on sale as part of this deal, though rest assured we'll keep you up-to-date as the situation develops. $10 sounds like a good enough bonus to drive a few sales, that's for sure.
