Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale and, as such, it was only a mater of time before a selection of special Twitch-themed skins made an appearance via Twitch Prime.
Apex Legends Twitch skins work in much the same way as all the other dedicated Twitch skins do, as was depicted with, say, Warframe, Overwatch, or PUBG even. They're absolutely free to claim and use forever, but there's a catch.

As showcased above, Twitch Prime subscribers can now claim the special Omega Point Pathfinder skin for Apex Legends, as well as five free Apex Packs - each of which will grant you even more cosmetics to brandish - at their own behest.
Of course, you're going to have to subscribe to Twitch Prime in order to make use of this offer, and here's where the catch lies: if you've never had an active Twitch Prime and/or Amazon Prime subscription before, you can sign up for a free trial, which will in turn also allow you to claim your Twitch Prime items.
