The year is 2043, dinosaurs are literally raining down from round, black vortexes in the sky, and you must team up with four other players donning futuristic exosuits to face an onslaught of prehistoric beasties. This description alone makes it hard to not ask about Exoprimal’s PC release date and when we might get our hands on Capcom’s wild new IP.
Exoprimal’s announcement kicked off March 2022’s State of Play showcase, which is when we learned more about the game’s PC release date, how it plays, but also got to see its powerful exosuits in action.

At a glance, the title’s PvE element seems to be at the forefront, your team of five players valiantly battling against large numbers of dinosaurs, both small and large. However, the game’s main mode – Dino Survival – actually sees your team competing against another team of players.
The goal is to complete your set of dynamic objectives first. These range from simply killing dinos, to defending areas, or transporting cargo, but can also task you with engaging the other team directly.
Exosuits can fulfill three different roles – tank, assault, and support – and, most importantly, players can switch between them on the fly, which lets you quickly adapt your team composition to suit different situations.
