Fallout 76 has no shortage of death-dealing tools to aid in your efforts of rebuilding civilization. While you’ve probably gathered your fair share of firearms and melee weapons, several Crossbow locations also let you tap into your inner vampire hunter.
Since you won’t get showered in Crossbows as soon as you leave Vault 76, this article points you in the direction of several locations worth checking when looking to enrich your Fallout 76 arsenal with more traditional weapon choices.
Perhaps the most popular Fallout 76 Crossbow location is the Palace of the Winding, path which waits in the Savage Divide region, northeast of Vault 76. Sticking to the left side of the area, you’ll soon find a practice range with a few bullseyes lined up. Nearby, you’ll also spot a wooden table, on which waits the fabled weapon. You may have to craft crossbow bolts separately, though.
If you ever find yourself around Belching Betty in the Ash Heap region, it’s worth keeping in mind that players have reported finding a Crossbow near the Protectron named Bernie. The Bootlegger’s Shack in the Cranberry Bog region also holds one on a shelf in its locked basement.
If you’re more of a crafter, you should have no trouble finding the Crossbow plans outside of a cabin in the southwestern part of Pioneer Scout camp in the Toxic Valley region. The nearby practice range should make it easier to figure out where exactly to look.
