To participate in FFXIV’s Make It Rain Campaign 2023 event, you’ll first need to reach level 15 on a character and complete one of these three quests: The Gridanian Envoy, The Ul’dahn Envoy, or The Lominsan Envoy.
Once you’ve completed the steps above, head to Ul’dah and look for an NPC called Kipih Jakkya.
You’ll find her around the Steps of Nald at coordinates X:9.4, Y:9.2. Interact with her to pick up the quest called “A Golden Opportunity,” which you’ll need to complete if you plan on obtaining this year’s cool new reward.
It grants you the Wind-up Godbert minion, which is a miniature version of Godbert Manderville, in (almost) all his awesomely stylish glory.
During the event, all Manderville Gold Saucer Points gains are increased by 50%, so you may also want to hit up the Gold Saucer. Items from previous iterations also make a return.
