Fortnite Season 8 replaces the wintry, festive theme of the previous season with pirates and a general call to adventure, running down to its skins.
As with previous seasons before it, Fortnite Season 8 introduces a brand new Battle Pass filled with unlockable cosmetic items and skins for your character. It even includes the title’s first Tier-100 female skin. Here are all the Fortnite Season 8 Battle Pass Skins.
What Battle Pass Skins Appear in Fortnite Season 8?
Blackheart
The first of two progressive outfits in Fortnite Season 8, Blackheart is unlocked upon purchasing the Battle Pass. This new skin, then, has its own set of challenges which see the outfit evolve. Starting off as a simple pirate captain, completing Blackheart challenges will alter its looks until you’re playing as a malevolent skeleton with a long, blue-glowing beard.
Hybrid
The Hybrid is the second progressive outfit in Fortnite Season 8. Just like Blackheart, you unlock it upon purchasing the Battle Pass and, completing its set of challenges sees the new skin evolving from a ninja into a lizard ninja, which is at least three times as cool.
Sidewinder
Obtained by purchasing the Battle Bundle, the Sidewinder is a new skin introducing a fierce pirate lady to Fortnite Season 8. How can you tell that she’s fierce? There’s a snake hanging out on her hat.
Peely
On your way to the Season 8 Tier 100 skin, you’ll stop by Tier 47. That’s where you unlock Peely. This new skin lets you play Fortnite while wearing a full banana costume. If it wasn’t for the legs, hands and occasional blinking, you couldn’t even tell there’s a person inside.
Ember
Notice the lady on the right just above? That’s Ember and she’s the closest you can get to running around as an elf in Fortnite Season 8. You unlock this new skin, which is also part of the Ashen Guard set by reaching Battle Pass Tier 71.
Master Key
The last two stops before the Fortnite Season 8 Tier 100 skin have to do with the Master Key skin. Martial artists aren’t pirates by definition, but they do fit into the overall adventure-infused theme that the season is going for. Reaching Battle Pass Tier 87 will unlock the Master Key skin, while getting to Tier 99 unlocks the mask that he’s wearing in the image above.
Luxe
The Season 8 Tier 100 skin is Luxe, which also happens to be the first female Tier 100 skin in Fortnite’s history. While less ornate than some of the previous new skins, she rounds off the adventurous additions to the collection with badass attitude.
