Gears 5 is now out, letting players slice, dice and fill Swarm with lead. That’s unless you’re playing multiplayer, where you also get to be the Swarm, among other things, on your path to max level.
Just like in previous titles in the series, there’s a progression system that rewards you for playing multiplayer. But what is the max level in Gears 5? We’ve got answers.
Gears 5 Max Level
The max level in Gears 5 is no less than 100. Anyone who’s played past titles could tell you that it was the magic number in previous entries as well.
The good news is that you earn progress towards max level regardless of the mode you play (Versus, Horde or Escape), with one exception. That exception is Ranked Versus which has its own rating system based on divisions.
This essentially means that you can pick the mode you enjoy the most and keep blasting opponents in it until you reach the max level of 100. Of course, if you’re in a rush, there’s also the option of using XP boosters.
If you fancy playing Versus in Gears 5, trying to do as many matches of Escalation and King of the HIll as possible will likely get you the most progress towards max level out of the available modes.
Now that you know what the max level is in Gears 5, you can get up to speed on how to get more supply drops, and how to wall bounce.
Gears 5 is now out on PC and Xbox One.
