Gears 5 has been out for a week now and has seen quite a great reception from both Xbox and PC fans. Developer The Coalition has remained on the barricades tackling the game’s various issues as they appear.
The September 12 update, the latest Gears 5 has received, aims to improve certain performance issues and make for a smoother experience playing the third-person shooter.
Gears 5 September 12 Update
The September 12 update is by no means a major patch. Nonetheless, it does tackle “a number of stability issues”, which developer The Coalition didn’t detail.
On top of that, the latest Gears 5 update also improves network performance in 3-player co-op. The update is a rather small download of around 300MB and is available on all platforms.
Gears 5 is out now on PC and Xbox One. The title’s post-launch content plan was also reveals and is centered around Operations.
