Publisher Firesquid and developer Resistance Games have announced that upcoming grand strategy game Great Houses of Calderia is getting a limited Founder’s Beta later this month.
Great Houses of Calderia’s Founders Beta is slated to start on July 20, giving us a taste of its approach to leading a feudal noble family and just how challenging it can be to create a lasting dynasty.

Aside from an early look at the game, participants also benefit from a 25% discount, will have their name in the game’s credits, and receive a unique role in the official Discord server.
In addition, Founders Beta participants will also receive a digital copy of the title’s soundtrack alongside a digital artbook.
There is no word on when Great Houses of Calderia’s Founders Beta is slated to end, but jumping in seemingly requires purchasing one of three Founder’s Packs, whose prices range from $19.99 to $79.99.
The title revolves around taking the helm of a noble family that aims to rule the province of Calderia and defining its traditions while ensuring its longevity.
Trade, war, and marriage are key to forming diplomatic relations and securing powerful alliances with neighboring houses.
Carefully considering which members of the family receive role in areas like espionage, trade, and military, is another important facet.
