A Grounded roadmap detailing the game’s upcoming content is on the way, developer Obsidian Entertainment has announced.
The survival game launched in Early Access at the end of July and has already received a handful of patches, which will soon be joined by Grounded’s first major update, slated to launch on August 27.
The Grounded roadmap is part of Obsidian’s efforts to improve communication between the game’s community and the development team. To this extent, it is also working on a way for players to track the issues that are currently being tackled.
Grounded Roadmap, Major Update August
“One suggestion that has been shared by many of you is to have a location where you can view what issues have been reported, what issues are being worked on, what issues are waiting to be bundled up in an upcoming patch, and what issues are being postponed to come back to later. You won’t have to wait too long to have this as we are working on a Grounded Community Issues Trello board!” reads a post on the developer’s website.
“This way, you will be able to see what the team is working on and it will give you more knowledge to continue to help one another out when it comes to issues with the game.”
Next Thursday will be a big day for Grounded, as it is set to receive its first major monthly update alongside its fifth developer vlog and a livestream highlighting new content coming to the survival game.
Grounded is available now on PC and Xbox One through Steam Early Access and Xbox Game Preview.
