Dead By Daylight is a game that is as well known for its community and its spooky villains. This community has led to a huge streaming market, tonnes of crossovers, and, most importantly, some pretty strange additions to the game and universe.
Hooked on You: A Dead By Daylight Dating Sim is perhaps the strangest offering we have received thus far and, hopefully, the team continues to go even further.
What is Hooked on You: A Dead by Daylight Dating Sim?
After surveying Dead By Daylight players on what they want the team to explore next, a dating sim was near the very top of that list. Hooked on You: A Dead by Daylight Dating Sim is a fan-voted project letting you romance all of your favourite killers in their best murdering spots. You will have to make sense of what killers want and pick the right options to really woo them at any cost. After all, failing to do so could get you stabbed, munched or pulverised.
Made by the team behind “I Love You, Colonel Sanders! A Finger Lickin’ Good Dating Simulator”, it aims to blend humour, cutesy visuals and a dark story into one repulsively good package. Although obviously not canon, it aims to blend real character actions and motivations together to give you a better understanding of all those characters trying to kill you. Although you don’t technically have to romance any of the characters, you will be getting awful close over the game’s playtime.
We don’t have a specific release date just yet but we do know it is planned for a release in Summer, 2022. This means we should see much more information over the coming weeks. As of right now, it is only planned for a Steam release but, it could possibly arrive elsewhere if the demand is there. Make sure the devs know how much you want to see the trapper in a bikini.
