Hunt: Showdown Twitch Drops are set to return once more, giving players the chance to grab a handful of awesome in-game items by simply watching their favorite streamers play Crytek’s PvPvE game.
Hunt: Showdown Twitch Drops debuted in June 2020, making periodic returns afterward, each time offering a new set of rewards that range from weapons to tools and even legendary hunters. Each batch is different, which is why players keen on having as complete a collection as possible will want to keep track of when they go live.
Hunt: Showdown Twitch Drops
Anyone who owns a copy of Hunt: Showdown, regardless of platform, can earn Twitch Drops by watching streamers with the “Drops Enabled” tag during the campaign’s active period.
To become eligible, you’ll first need to link the account on which you own the game to your Twitch.tv account by visiting this page.
After you’ve done so and watched streams for long enough, you’ll receive a notification pointing out that you’ve earned one of the items, after which the item will automatically be added to your in-game account.
Hunt: Showdown’s latest Twitch Drops campaign runs between October 12 and October 20, offering players a total of four rewards, as per the list below:
- October 12-20: Exclusive questline which, once earned, lets you unlock Billy Story at your own pace
- October 12-20: Hand Crossbow Skin
- October 13-20: Poison Bomb Skin
- October 17-20 - Legendary Hunter
The first Hunt: Showdown Twitch Drops reward can be earned by watching streamers playing the game for a total of 60 minutes during the period mentioned above.
Doing so gets you an exclusive questline to progress through in-game, at the end of which you’ll unlock Billy Story.
The second reward requires that you watch Hunt: Showdown partner streams for 90 minutes between October 12 and October 20.
The third Hunt: Showdown Twitch Drops reward can be earned by watching 90 minutes of any stream, while the fourth one gets you a legendary hunter if you tune in to any stream for 180 minutes during the campaign’s final days.
Hunt: Showdown is now available on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
