Hyper Scape crossplay support is what most players are wondering about now that the free-to-play battle royale’s first season has kicked off.
Available only on PC during beta, the game’s full release has also brought it on Xbox One and PS4, naturally raising the question of whether or not Hyper Scape crossplay support is currently available.
The short answer to the question of Hyper Scape cross-platform play support is “not at the moment”, although there’s a bit of nuance to it.
Hyper Scape Crossplay Support
Hyper Scape currently features cross progression that allows you to continue progressing from where you left off regardless on which platform you log in on using your account.
Although Hyper Scape crossplay support is not currently available in Ubisoft’s battle royale, plans are already in place to add cross-platform play to the game at some point in the future.
“[…]Prisma Dimensions plans to introduce CROSS-PLAY to Hyper Scape at a later date. Please note that when Cross-Play is released, it will be an optional feature”, reads a post on publsiher Ubisoft’s website.
This means that it’s only a matter of time before Hyper Scape crossplay will allow players from all platforms to compete against each other, provided they choose to do so.
