Publisher 1C Entertainment and developer Team Fusion Simulations have locked down IL-2 Sturmovik: Desert Wings - Tobruk’s release date to early August.
The aerial combat sim will let players battle in the skies above North Africa starting with Thursday, August 6 at 7 PM CEST/10 AM PDT/ 1 PM EDT) and will be priced at $69.99 USD/64.99 EUR.
Pre-orders for IL-2 Sturmovik: Desert Wings - Tobruk will go live one week earlier, on July 30, exclusively on the IL-2 Sturmovik Store, while also discounting the title by 15% prior to launch.

A DLC for IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover Blitz Edition, Desert Wings - Tobruk will let players fly across a map of North Africa that recreates “in precise detail the strategic stronghold of Tobruk and the desert and sea which surrounds it”.
