The Trials, Toys & Terror update for Just Cause 4 went live today, introducing a slew of new features and setting the stage for the game’s upcoming supernatural Los Demonios DLC.
The additions coming in the Trials, Toys & Terror update for Just Cause 4 range from cosmetic skins to new vehicles which expand the possibilities for causing unleashed desturction across Solis.
Just Cause 4 Trials, Toys & Terror Update
Just Cause 4 has received a batch of free challenges and trials which are spread across the game’s open world. Completing them earns players new skins for their parachute and wingsuit. On top of that, new ones will be added each month, testing “the limits of their mastery over Rico’s skills & gear”. The Just Cause 2 Rico skin will also be available for all players at no cost.
The Trials, Toys & Terror update also introduces the Toy Vehicles pack, purchasable from the newly added Black Market Store. As the name suggests, Rico can sow destruction with miniature versions of the tank, boat and jet vehicles. Moreover, the Black Hand now has toy vehicles of its own.
The second DLC for Just Cause 4 gives the game a more supernatural twist, as demons invade its world. Just in case Rico’s penchant for blowing stuff up wasn’t enough, he now gets a demonic crossbow to shoot the invaders with. The Los Demonios DLC becomes available tomorrow, June 26, for owners of the Gold Edition and Expansion Pass, while everyone else will be able to purchase it from July 3.
