Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s has already established itself as one of 2025’s heavy-hitting releases, immersing us yet again in the atmosphere of 15th Century Bohemia. Henry of Skalitz’s second adventure is also quite long and, if you’d like to take it with you on the go, you’re likely wondering about whether or not a Nintendo Switch version is currently available.
Aside from Nintendo’s own first-party output, the trusty handheld console has received a plethora of other titles across a multitude of genres over the years. With a successor set to be announced in 2025, playing yet another major release on it would be a fitting last hurrah.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Nintendo Switch Version
KCD2 did not get a Nintendo Switch version when it first released, arriving only on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
Its predecessor followed the same pattern, albeit with what are now considered last-gen consoles. It is, however worth mentioning that the first entry in the series did make the jump to the handheld in early 2024, six whole years after its release.

The sequel has, naturally, seen various improvements in terms of gameplay and visual fidelity – which translate to more demanding system requirements – so a KCD2 Nintendo Switch version has yet to be officially announced and might not happen.
We’re saying that based on the fact that the Switch 2 is slated to be unveiled in 2025. Although Nintendo’s consoles have alwaysfavored portability and never aimed for the same horsepower as Sony or Microsoft’s consoles, it’s likely safe to assume that the successor to its popular handheld will be more powerful.
That’s why, were we to speculate, we’d say that a Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Nintendo Switch 2 version is more likely to happen than a release on the original console.
Nintendo and developer Warhorse Studios have yet to address the matter directly, so we’ll have to wait for official word from them before we can start cheering.
Given the length of time it took KCD to launch on the Switch, there’s a good chance that we’ll be in for a bit of a wait.
