Three new champions are set to enter the fray, as we’ll get to control Ornn, Volibear, and Swain once the update goes live.
AD carries will receive item updates, while the Ice Dragon is set to be introduced as Wild Rift’s first exclusive new epic monster.
The Baron and Elder Dragon will respawn earlier, the time between each Dragon’s spawn will be reduced, while the second Rift Herald spawn is going away.
These changes are done in an effort to “keep the frenetic pace of Wild Rift up, while also making sure the transition between the mid and late game is smoother and more defined.
The Dragons’ health and Baron’s stats are getting nerfed, alongside the buff players get by killing the latter. To compensate for the latter, said buff will no longer be lost upon death.
Hextech Crafting will also be introduced alongside a new set of skins and other additions detailed in a dedicated article.
League of Legends: Wild Rift is available now on Android and iOS devices.
