Publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment and developer Tarsier Studios have released a Halloween trailer for Little Nightmares 2, showcasing more of its spooks.
The Little Nightmares 2 Halloween trailer acts as a reminder that the sequel hasn’t left out the original’s darker tone or grotesque visuals. It also shows a few ways in which players can die.
Adding to it all is the eerily beautiful track playing in the background. It might not be the first time playful chimes meet horror, but it works quite well.

The Little Nightmares II Halloween trailer also features both new character Mono as well as original protagonist Six.
The sequel won’t, however, allow for co-op play, Six playing the role of an AI-controlled companion.
Developer Tarsier Studios was also acquired by THQ Nordic’s parent company, Embracer Group, late last year, although that has been confirmed to not affect the development of the Bandai Namco-published sequel.
Little Nightmares II is due out on February 11, 2021 and headed to PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch. Check out its Halloween trailer below.
