Fulqrum Publishing and Ukrainian studio Best Way’s WW2 RTS game, Men of War 2, is going to be released on the 15th May for the PC on Steam and the Humble Store.
After multiple delays due to the war in Ukraine and feedback from technical tests, Men of War 2 is almost ready to be released. The release date marks the 10th anniversary of Men of War: Assault Squad 2.
When is Men of War 2 going to be released on PC?
After incorporating feedback from the open beta, the team says it has significantly improved the game. It has undergone numerous technical improvements and bug fixes, balancing adjustments, and various upgrades to its audio quality, which means it’s now ready for the 15th May release date.
“We received so many great suggestions we decided to implement, that the original schedule did not allow us to iron out all the bugs and issues in time for the September release.” said Maxim Kamensky, Producer of Men of War 2 last year when it announced the delay.
“We feel that our fans deserve to receive a game in a completely polished and bug-free state and ask them for just a little more patience to allow us to deliver such a high-quality product.”
Men of War II will launch with three playable nations - the Soviets, Americans and the Third Reich - each with their own narrative campaign, as well as two further Historical campaigns, a dynamic Conquest campaign and a skirmish-like Raid mode. All of the single-player content can also be played in co-op with up to five players, and the game offers extensive PvP and PvE multiplayer options, including ranked match-making for all three battle setups (Battalions, Combined Arms and Classic Mode).
Men of War 2 will be available on Steam priced at $44.99 / £37.99 / €44.99.
