While Men of War 2 has been no stranger to curiously innovative expansion packs, the Ostfront Veteranen DLC is - understandably - a bit of a safer bet, with it simply adding more interesting stuff to toy around with.
The Ostfront Veteranen DLC is perhaps less meaty than veterans of the series and genre might wish for, though this isn't likely to be a major issue for the long-standing fans of the Men of War series. This expansion adds a new German faction to control in both multiplayer and AI versus matches.
Good thing is that these units haven't been very prominently featured in video games at all - them being a fairly niche portion of the Axis forces - so that should make the Ostfront Veteranen pack a more interesting bite for the historians among us. The DLC adds no less than 10 new vehicles and infantry squads who fought in the brutal Eastern Front during WWII.
