Nightingale gives us more power in terms of customising the worlds that we’ll survive in during our portal-hopping adventure, but if you’re on the fence about purchasing it when it enters early access, you likely want to know if it’s coming to Xbox Game Pass or its PC variant in 2024.
A potential Nightingale Xbox Game Pass release would allow those weary about early access or survival games to try it out without committing to a full purchase right away. It would also take some pressure off the wallets of those who are already on board with its gaslamp fantasy aesthetic but also plan on playing other titles, in what’s turning out to be quite a packed month of February.
There’s been Palworld, Enshrouded, and now Nightingale, all set within the Open World Survival Crafting genre.
Nightingale Xbox Game Pass
Sadly, nothing currently points towards Nightingale releasing on Xbox Game Pass or its PC counterpart as soon as it enters Steam Early Access on February 20, 2024.
- Nightingale Xbox Game Pass status: Unavailable at early access launch
The survival game wasn’t listed in the article covering the first set of games coming to the popular subscription service during the first part of February.
Furthermore, its trailers and marketing efforts have also not mentioned any version of Game Pass so far, making things fairly clear-cut.
As disappointing as this might be, it’s worth keeping in mind that the subscription service’s list of games changes regularly.
A trickle of new additions becomes available each month as older games leave, and Nightingale could count among the former further down the line. Especially when it exits out of early access and lands on consoles.
When or whether that happens is up to Microsoft and Inflexion Games, who are sure to release an official statement should that time come.
That covers what we know so far about whether or not Nightingale is coming to Xbox or PC Game Pass in 2024. For more on it, learn if Steam Deck support might also be planned.
