Publisher and developer Hoodust Enterprises today announced that Nightvision: Drive Forever’s release date is slated for next month.
More specifically, the game is set to launch on Tuesday, October 13. A playable Nightvision: Drive Forever demo will be made available starting with October 7, as part of the Steam Game Festival: Autumn Edition.
Described as a “an atmospheric and challenging night-driving experience set across a procedurally generated dusty mountain expanse”, the title first tasks players with completing its story mode that tells “a tale of the risks we take for the ones we love”.

Nightvision: Drive Forever will also feature a whopping 17+ unlockable bonus modes that change either mechanics or visuals.
Where the 1976 and 1979 modes harken back to early arcade driving games, the Apollo 18 mode has players navigating lunar roads.
Although you won’t have to worry about permadeath per se, failing a level sends you back to its start while changing the layout of the road. If you’re not particularly fond of endings, there’s also an endless mode.
You can get a taste of Nightvision: Drive Forever’s bonus modes in the video below and find it on Steam, where you can follow and wishlist it.
