Overwatch 2 might be making the jump to free-to-play when it enters early access, but its Watchpoint Pack can get anyone with money a total of 12 stylish skins alongside other in-game goodies that offer a head start in terms of growing your cosmetic item collection early on.
Overwatch 2’s Watchpoint Pack skins feature both new outfits for certain heroes alongside others that are likely familiar to players who’ve engaged with the original title. Aside from outright granting you cosmetics, it also saves you the trouble of having to purchase the Season 1 battle pass. Read on below to learn exactly what you can get by purchasing it.
Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack Skins
As Blizzard describes it, buying Overwatch 2’s Watchpoint Pack gets you the Season 1 Premium Battle Pass, 7 Legendary skins (including 2 all-new Space Raider skins), 5 Epic skins, and 2,000 Overwatch Coins. It used to also guarantee access to the June beta but, unless you can time travel, that perk is forever lost.
The store page only offers partial details about the exact Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack skins you get, which isn’t ideal when you want to make sure you won’t regret spending 40$/€.
That’s why we’ll break down things here. To start with, the pack grants you two all-new legendary skins when the sequel enters early access: Space Raider Soldier 76 and Space Raider Cassidy.
The remaining 10 skins (5 epic, 5 legendary) come as a result of the original’s Legendary Edition being included in the Watchpoint Pack. This is how the full list looks, assuming none of the skins from the original’s Legendary Edition have been changed around in the meantime:
- Space Raider Soldier 76 (Legendary)
- Space Raider Cassidy (Legendary)
- Officer D.Va (Legendary)
- Fool Junkrat (Legendary)
- Okami Hanzo (Legendary)
- Mystery Man Cassidy (Legendary)
- Valkyrie Mercy (Legendary)
- Carbon Fiber Genji (Epic)
- Pale Moira (Epic)
- Shrike Ana (Epic)
- Winter Widowmaker (Epic)
- Paragon Reinhardt (Epic)
In addition, buying the pack before October 4, 2022 also grants an exclusive player icon, which you can use as soon as the sequel enters early access.
